Paris Saint Germain has a 2-0 lead over Manchester United from their Champions League last 16 first leg tie at Old Trafford, with Presnel Kimpembe and Kylian Mbappe scoring these two important goals.

When Manchester United visit Parc des Princes on Wednesday, March 6, they will have a big task to overcome. But the PSG boss has warned his against getting overly complacent, reminding them of their Barcelona nightmare in 2017.

Having created a 4-0 lead in the first leg, PSG lost 6-1 in the second leg at Camp Nou, getting knocked out from Champions League.

Despite having their talisman, Neymar Jr and cavani on the sidelines with injuries, the Ligue 1 leaders won 2-0 at Old Trafford, with outstanding performances given by Kylian Mbappe and Angel di Maria.

Tuchel pointed out (h/t Mirror):

“Everything is going well and we are confident. But it’s half-time in this two-legged tie. A lot of people are saying to think about Barcelona, the 4-0 and then 6-1.
"Others say that Paul Pogba is missing and it will be fine. We must find the middle ground between these two views. We cannot play with fear nor with too much confidence.”

He also expressed his happiness with the way his team played and defeated United, stressing how crucial the away leg was.

Marquinhos who was the captain in Caen in place of Thiago Silva mentioned (h/t Mirror):

“We cannot think that we have done the hard bit. We cannot fall into the trap of thinking it will be easy. We have to approach this match with the same intensity, the same attitude as Old Trafford.”

Neymar will continue to be on the sidelines with his metatarsal injury but there is hope for Cavani to make a comeback in the playing XI.
